Matt Vara

Matt Vara – CEO

Matt Vara is a real estate finance professional who has previously worked at JPMorgan Chase, where he focused on multifamily debt underwriting and execution. In his role, he structured, analyzed, and closed complex financing transactions, developing strong expertise in credit analysis, capital markets, and multifamily asset performance. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Matt worked in real estate private equity at FPA Multifamily on the asset management team, where he evaluated investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and supported asset management initiatives. His combined experience across both the debt and equity sides of real estate investing provides him with a comprehensive and well-rounded industry perspective.
